Loo Hooi Nam 吕辉南

His artistic journey began in 1985, gradually evolving into a self-taught artist. In 1993, 1994, 1997, and 2001, he achieved the Gold Award at the Penang SP Setia Art Exhibition and also received the Penang Pesta Award. Over the years, he actively participated in numerous art exhibitions, including more than two hundred local and international group exhibitions in Thailand, the Czech Republic, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Kosovo, Italy, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, and other places.

他的艺术之旅始于1985年，逐渐发展成为一位自学成才的艺术家。在1993年、1994年、1997年和2001年，他荣获槟城SP Setia艺术博览会金奖，并斩获槟城佩斯塔奖.  多年来，他参与了众多画展，包括在泰国、捷克、中国、台湾、韩国、科索沃、意大利、越南、新加坡、澳大利亚等地参展超过两百次，涵盖本地和国际艺术群展.

PRIMARILY USING OIL PAINTING AS HIS MEDIUM, HE PARTICULARLY FAVORS DEPICTING SCENES FROM BOTH URBAN AND RURAL SETTINGS.
